(3) Where a film is exempted under this section, the
Authority shall
(a)
forthwith issue to the person who submitted it
under section 8 a certificate of exemption
(b)
(i)
in the prescribed form; and
(ii)
endorsed with the conditions to which
the exemption is subject,
together with a certificate of exemption in like
terms in respect of each copy of the film stated
by that person under section 8(2)(a)(ii) to be in
his possession; and
where any other copy of that film that is
intended for exhibition comes into the possession
of that person and the certificate of exemption
issued under paragraph (a) in respect of that
film has not been revoked or deemed to be revoked
under this Ordinance, upon request in writing by
that person, forthwith issue to that person in
