CONTROL OF OBSCENE AND INDECENT ARTICLES
REGULATIONS 1987
Made by the Governor in Council under section 46
1. These regulations may be cited as the Control of
Obscene and Indecent Articles Regulations 1987.
Fees.
Schedule.
2. A fee specified in the third column of the
Schedule shall be payable to the Registrar in respect of
the item specified opposite thereto in the second column of
the Schedule.

Fees payable to adjudicators.
3. The Registrar or a Tribunal may, as he or it
thinks appropriate, waive in whole or in part the payment
of any fee specified in the Schedule except a fee payable
for a copy or extract from the register of notices kept by
the Registrar under section 19(4) of the Ordinance.
4.
An adjudicator shall be paid
(a)
a fee of $800 for every day on which he serves as
a member of the Tribunal for not less than half a
day; and
