amended to require the
Registrar to record on the
relevant

reasons for waiving fees;
(b) that, subject to (a) above,
under Section 46 of the
Control of Obscene and
Indecent Articles Ordinance
(Ordinance
9/87),
the
Control of Obscene
and
Indecent
Articles
Regulations 1987
at Annex
B
to the memorandum should be
made; and
(c) that
the
administration
should
consider
whether
statutory notices
could be
published in the Government
Gazette
rather
than
in
newspapers,
and seek
the
Council's advice on this.
