Explanatory Note
These regulations
prescribe the fees payable under the Control of
Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance
(regulations 2 and 4 and the Schedule);
empower the Registrar or a Tribunal to waive the
payment of certain fees (regulation 3); and
prescribe the manner in which notice shall be
given under section 18 of the Control of Obscene
and Indecent Articles Ordinance to a person to
whom more than 2 copies of a Class I or Class II
article are published.
