FCO FIRST ORDER FOR ORAL QUESTIONS (TOPS): WEDNESDAY 22 APRIL

The attached PQ is due for oral answer on Wednesday 22 April.

This question and answer will be considered at the usual pre-TOPS Ministers meeting, on 14 April. Your draft answer, background and supplementaries should be returned to PRU by noon on 7 April. Given the longer than normal gap between the meeting and TOPS day, some updating of answers and supplementaries will be inevitable. Updated material should be submitted through PRU as necessary.
3. Other oral questions for 22 April (which will not require supplementaries) should be returned to PRU by noon 10 April, unless you intend submitting a repeat answer of the attached PQ, in which case they should all be returned by noon 7 April.
