in his opinion the public interest so requires.

22. (1)
PART VI
EXHIBITION OF FILMS AND
DISPLAY OF ADVERTISING MATERIAL
Any person to whom a certificate of approval
is issued under section 15 in respect of any film intended
for exhibition shall -
place of
exhibition
of film.
(a) cause such certificate to be forwarded with the
film to the place of exhibition of the film;
(b)
where copies of the film in his possession are
distributed, cause a copy of such certificate to
be distributed with each copy of the film.
(2) Any person to whom a certificate of approval is
issued under section 15 who fails to comply with subsection
(1)(a) or (b) of this section commits an offence and is
liable on conviction to a fine of $10,000 and imprisonment
for 6 months.
