(3) In the case of a film that is intended to be

exhibited with an accompanying soundtrack, a censor, in

examining the film, shall also take into consideration the

content of the soundtrack and its relationship to the film.

(4) In examining any film under this section a censor

may, with the prior approval of the Authority in writing,

consult any person whom he considers may be able to assist

him in forming an opinion on which to base his decision in

respect of the film.

(5) A prescribed fee shall be payable for the

examination of a film under this section.

Persons who may attend viewings of films.

10. Where any film is viewed for the purpose of

examination under this Ordinance, no person shall be

present at the viewing other than a censor and a

projectionist and such other persons as the Authority

may allow to attend.
