(6) Where a certificate of exemption issued under
this section is revoked under subsection (5), every copy
thereof so issued shall be deemed to be revoked.
Examination of films by
censor.
9. (1) Where any film is submitted to the Authority
under section 7, he shall, unless he exempts the film under
section 8, appoint a censor to examine the film to
determine whether the film is or is not likely to be
harmful to the public good.
(2) In determining whether any film is or is not
likely to be harmful to the public good a censor shall
consider the following matters -
(a) the effect of the film as a whole and its likely
effect on the audience likely to view the film;
(b) whether and the extent to which the film has
scientific, literary, educational or artistic
merit, or is of value or importance for social or
cultural reasons;
