The Chinese Ambassador is planning a reception to launch the above fellowship scheme on 26 January, from 6.30 to 8 pm. We have been asked to provide suggestions for the guest list, particularly representatives of
Government Departments, MP's, Lords, Ministers. Mr Eggar is hoping to attend.
