An Ordinance to amend the Hong Kong Examinations Authority Ordinance.
[13 March 1987]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Examinations Short title and
Authority (Amendment) Ordinance 1987.
(2) Section 2 shall come into operation on 1 August 1987.
2. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
commencement.
Amendment of section 3.
(a) in subsection (2)—
(i) in paragraph (a)
(A) by deleting sub-paragraphs (i), (ii) and (iii) and substitut-
ing the following
“(i) the Vice-Chancellor of each university established in Hong Kong by enactment, or his representative;
(ii) the Director of each polytechnic established in Hong Kong by enactment, or his representative;
(iii) the President of the Hong Kong Baptist College, or his representative;";
(B) in sub-paragraph (v) by deleting "6" and substituting the
following-
"7(2)(e)";
