Although some of the problems connected with. the celessing of Hamilton Court have been resolved there continues to be a feeling that the Administration is being unfair and inconsiderate in its dealines wit officers and any repetition of this can but adversely affect morale. There is considerable suspicion over the reasons for the short notice which was gi en of the intention to delcase and rumours circulate that the blame rets with the Administration and Information Branch.
