Amend the Dentists Registration Ordinance.
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Dentists Registration (Amend- Short title. ment) Ordinance 1987.
2. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
Amendment of
section 4.
(a) in subsection (2)(d) by deleting "or (ba)" and substituting the (Cap. 156.)
following
", (ba) or (c)"; and
(b) in subsection (5) by deleting "appointed under subsection (2)(d)”
and substituting the following-
"present at the meeting".
3. Section 8(1)(ba)(i) of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment of deleting "other".
4. Section 11A of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) in subsection (1) by deleting “a registered dentist" and substituting
the following-
"a person to whom this section applies";
(b) in subsection (2)-
(i) by deleting "a registered dentist" and substituting the following-
"a person to whom this section applies"; and
