Subject to section 21 of the Ordinance,
the
factor for the computation of pension on retirement in the circumstances specified in sections 11, 12 and 14 of the Ordinance shall be -
(a)
in the case of
(i) a Category A officer or Category B officer who is appointed or re-appointed to
service under the Government on or after 1 July 1987; or
