(b) by deleting "the Colony" in both sections 7(2) and 8(2)
substituting in each case the following-
“Hong Kong”;
(c) in section 17(1)(a) by deleting "one hundred dollars" and substi-
tuting the following-
"$400";
(d) by deleting sections 18(2) and 34.
40. The Pensions (Special Provisions) (Hong Kong Polytechnic) Ordinance is amended in section 2 in the definition of "pensionable office" by deleting "pensionable" and substituting the following-
"established".

42. The Inland Revenue Ordinance is amended in section 8(2)(c) by Inland Revenue deleting "or the Pensions Ordinance" and substituting the following--

44. The Prevention of Bribery Ordinance is amended in sections 10(5) and 21A(3) by inserting after "Ordinance" the following-

45. The Police Force Ordinance is amended in section 31(2) by deleting "only of the Pensions Ordinance be deemed to have been retired from the public service in accordance with section 6(d) of the Pensions Ordinance." and substituting the following-

"only of-
(a) the Pensions Ordinance be deemed to have retired from the public service in accordance with sec- tion 6(1)(d) of that Ordinance; and
