Regulation 14 provides that only continuous
service is to be taken into account.
Regulation 15 provides for the circumstances in

benefits.
Regulation 16 stipulates how pensionable
emoluments will be determined for the purpose of
computation of pension benefits.
Regulation 17 stipulates the categories of
service which may be taken as pensionable
service.

Regulation 18 provides how enhanced pension
benefits will be granted on retirement on medical
grounds.
(g) Regulation 19 provides how enhanced pension
benefits will be granted on the retirement of Scheduled officers after the age of 55 years.. Regulation 20 provides that acting service may be taken as pensionable service.

pension payable to officers who retire on
abolition of office or who are compulsorily
retired in respect of their service before and
