This is correct but we doubt that it needs to be respelt in 19 when 18 tells one what to do.
Re-Entrants
We do not see that this is necessary again because
Regulation 18 tells you how pensionable service is calculated.
Regulation 20(1)
We agree that "on or after attaining ...." should be added. Presumably the staff associations are content with the
increases as shown.
Regulation 23(b)
We had assumed that this restricted the calculation at 1/80th to the effective date and 10/675 would apply thereafter but, for the avoidance of doubt, it is probably as well to spell it out.
