7. (a) The Employer shall provide the Helper with free passage and food from

to Hong Kong where the Contract is to be performed and on the expiry or, subject to Clause 12 hereof, termination, of the contract free return passage

or, at the Helper's request, to his/her* place of origin if such place is nearer to Hong Kong. The Helper must be prepared in either case to travel by sea or air as the Employer shall direct.

(c) Should the Helper be unavoidably delayed in Hong Kong after the termination of his/her* employment or expiry of his/her* contract, he/she* shall continue to receive his/her* wages and the Employer may use his/her* services until the day on which he/she leaves Hong Kong. Commencing from the day of departure he/she shall receive a travelling allowance of per day for the duration of the return journey, including

any delay incurred in the sea or air passage through no fault of the Helper. No allowance shall be payable in respect of any period by which the Helper of his/her* own wish extends his/her* stay in Hong Kong.

8. All necessary documents shall be provided free of charge by or on behalf of the Employer to the Helper.

9. (a) In the event of the Helper suffering personal injury by accident or occupational disease arising out of and in the course of employment, the employer shall:-

(i) defray the expenses necessarily incurred by the Helper on account of medical treatment, including maintenance in hospital, while he/she is so incapacitated, (ii) pay or arrange with the appropriate authority for payment of compensation in accordance with the Hong Kong Employees' Compensation Ordinance, Chapter 282.

(b) When the Helper is ill or suffers from an accident not attributable to his/her* employment, the Employer shall provide free medical attention to the Helper while he/she* is incapacitated. Sickness allowance shall be paid in accordance with the Employment Ordinance. Free medical attention includes emergency dental treatment.

(c) In the event of a medical practitioner certifying that in his opinion the Helper is unfit for further service with the Employer, the Employer shall immediately take steps to repatriate

the Helper and provide free food and return passage for the Helper to

or, at the Helper's request, to his/her* place of origin if such place is nearer

to Hong Kong.

10. The Employer shall provide the Helper with summer and winter working clothes.

11. The Employer shall provide the Helper with free furnished accommodation with light and water supply and food or a food allowance of

per month/week.* If food allowance is provided, the Employer shall provide a receipt for payment of food allowance and the Helper shall acknowledge receipt of the amount of allowance under his/her* signature.

12. (a) In the event of either party wishing to terminate this Contract prior to the expiry of
