For Wellington only. Because of Pitcairn's geographical location it would prove difficult to provide access to the international telecommunications system on the basis of the proposed worldwide allotment plan. The difficulty could be overcome if New Zealand were prepared to include Pitcairn with their own requirement to create a sub-regional system. RD are prepared to discuss the modalities with their contacts in the New Zealand administration. Grateful for confirmation that you have no objection, if possible before 30 April.
