Article 20 of the Convention. The Committee notes that, in reply to its earlier direct request, the Government has stated in its report that the annual report of the Commissioner for Labour and the Commissioner of Mines is usually published in the seventh month and the report of the Vocational Training Council in the ninth month after the reporting period - and that it is the normal practice to send them to the ILO within three months of publication. The above-mentioned reports, however, have not been received. Therefore the Committee can only repeat its request that these reports be sent to the ILO in the future within the time limits provided for in Article 20 of the Convention.
