I appreciate that this may make it more difficult she wil for you to check the regulations put in the long run it will act on it make the enormous task we face in localising merchant shipping w laws rather simpler in the context of Hong Kong's legislative system.
I might add that the amount of work involved in localising Merchant Shipping legislation will be considerably increased if minor drafting points have to be argued at each step. This we most certainly wish to avoid.
