I have the honour to inform you that the Hong Kong Government wishes to accredit Mr Peter CHAN Yue-yan, Marine Adviser to the Hong Kong Government Office, London as its Permanent Representative to the International Maritime Organization. Mr Chan is a citizen of the United Kingdom, and is not accredited to the Government of the United Kingdom. As soon as Mr Chan assumes the functions of Permanent Representative, Hong Kong Government Office in London, he will consult your office in the terms of paragraph 4 of Annex 2 to IMCO Resolution A. 505 (XII), in order to make the necessary arrangements for the presentation of credentials.
