The Maritime, Aviation and Environment Department of
the Foreign and Commonwealth Office present their
compliments to the Secretary General of the
International Maritime Organisation and have the
honour to forward herewith a letter from the Secretary
of Economic Services of the Hong Kong Government
Secretariat regarding the Hong Kong Government's wish
to accredit a Permanent Representative to the IMO; and
a letter from the Governor of Hong Kong appointing the
Permanent Representative.
