IAEA: TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH HONG KONG
1 I refer to your telno 1130 of 20 March to FCO and to FCO telno 28 to UKMis Vienna of 22 April regarding the agreements between the IAEA and the Government of Hong Kong regulating the provision of technical assistance prior to 1983. I have obtained copies of the four agreements from the IAEA and have pleasure in enclosing them.
