The plan remaine at 5 stuff. However as an interim measure, ons HK technician has been added (in-post in November) whilst training of PRC staff is underway.
(6) Other Additions
In supporting areas of the organisation, particularly for maintenance of equipment on site, concrete production and Crane operation, HCCM are adding staff from Hong Kong, Singapore and in some cases Pranch expatriates. This is the result of an overall raview and not specifically part of the plan from the non-conformance,
