The plan remaine at 5 staff. However, as an interim measure, one HK technician has been added (in-post in November) whilst training of PRC staff is underway.

In supporting areas of the organisation, particularly for maintenance of equipment on site, concrete production and
and crane operation, HCCM are adding staff from Hong Kong, Singapore and in some cases Franch expatriates. This is the result of an overall review and not specifically part of the plan from the non-conformance.
