Second Session of COFI Sub-Committee on Fish Trade
Fish Import Promotion Activities
Dear Sir,
At its First Session held in Rome in October 1986, the COFI Sub-Committee on Fish Trade requested FAO to collect information on programmes or activities designed to promote imports of fish and fishery products and to prepare a paper on the subject for discussion at the Second Session which has now been scheduled for October 1988.
For easy reference the Report of the First Session of the Sub-Committee is attached; paragraph 16 refers.
It would be very much appreciated if you would' assist in collecting pertinent information on fish import promotion activities carried out in Hong Kong.
In order to allow sufficient time for the preparation, production and distribution of the paper, I should be grateful to receive your reply by 5 January 1988.
