This Ordinance amends the Commodities Trading
to provide that a person appointed under or employed in carrying out the provisions of the principal Ordinance shall not, with a view to gain for himself or another, use any matter coming to his knowledge in the exercise or performance of any duty or function under that Ordinance; and
to remove the prohibition against the appointment of persons involved in trading in commodity futures
contracts.
2. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
