once you set a standard you should be able to meet that and how the method to meet that is obviously up to the industry itself. So I think instead of prolonging this particular discussion

on productivity, this is what I wish to comment on. Yes.

to do with acceptability of uniforms. In the military service or in 32 the civil service and uniformed staff, for the rank and file, say

33 inspector of equipment and below, do they have made to measure uniforms
