the Government contribution is about 90%.

Well assuming that in the year 1985-86

the Association have one and a half months in reserve, let's say for argument's sake HK$20 million, so their expenditure was HK$90 million per annum. Now in the year 1981 their total intake was about HK$63 million and assuming one and a half months reserve at that particular time, their total expenditure at that time would be amounting to about

HK$53 million so there is really an increase of a heck of a lot.
