MR CHEONG : The very last, I mean the last paragraph on
"I have no hesitation in stating that etc etc." (I am not
He was entitled to receive at the going to read it out) outset a complete set of fully detailed drawings with heavily reinforced members etc. etc. No doubt he expected this kind of information having recently completed the British Headquarters Building."
Now, that is the case in point, Sir. That, based on the consultant's idea 18 they should have received a whole set of completed drawings which they
did not. The question I am asking really is, at the construction stage, if they had not had received the complete drawings, did they ever made any request for it, or did they ever raise with the engineers concerned or 22, the relevant authorities concerned, look, I can't do the job without
this.
I would be expecting it; in a tight programme I would not be able to do it. Has this particular issue ever been raised? If it has, has it been documented? If it has been documented, could you please supply this particular Committee with those documents?

This is what he
of Wales Building in HMS Tamar, although fully detailed drawings were issued, they were issued in stages when required. would have expected in this case, that detailed drawings would be issued when required. I have not got the correspondence files here but insofar
for detailed drawings, as there is correspondence relating to requests they will be supplied to this Committee.
