Because we notice there are two or three

as I said, I think the Committee understand the staff morale problem,
that it is not an Immigration maṭter but it is a Government matter

something that can be co-operated with. And I also understand from the workload point of view but it is in our view, because we see it,
a simple procedure so we ask you to consider it seriously. I can assure you the Committee is going to recommend that the Immigration
Department can look into that, we'll ask you to look into that,
because it is dealing with something that we pay out a million dollars
and in our view we look at that as a relatively simple procedure.
