We are concerned really in ascertaining the financial

ability in Category 2 services, because in Category I we undertake to

pay 100 per cent of the cost anyway.

CHAIRMAN: I do have a layman's question. For example, in

the centres for the elderly or the youth centres, you know, because I

am not in that field, I just want to ask that question. Are those

accommodations fairly standard?

They are fairly standard certainly in public

MR HO: I think to be fair to agencies, may I ask besides what Madam Director you have said, I think agencies might besides bringing into their own sort of identities or imagination or whatnot, they also sometimes have to bring in the new ideas from time to time. Therefore, 29 although you have set standards but within a certain limit they can 30 manoeuvre a little bit, and I think on the housing estates it could be

easier because it is of the units, so many units and so on, it would

be easier.
