MR CHEONG: What do you mean by "reasonable?"

For

DSW: Well, it depends on the nature of the works. a very standard facility like, say, in public housing estates where we get the Housing Authority to do the basic fitting out, I think usually we should be able to reach agreement within

about six months to a year or sometimes even earlier, assuming we

have earlier already got the commitment of an agency to do a project.

But if it is a very complicated project, e.g. facilities for the

disabled, this may take longer. So it is very difficult to give

a time frame that would suit all projects.

MR CHEONG:

Normally, it would take six to 12 months ?

MR CHEONG: And therefore by your "reasonable" period,

it might go up to three years ?

DSW: Yes, in some cases, yes.

because

MR CHEONG: Now, I mean not so much agreeing layout, 33 quite honestly agreeing layout in a period of six to twelve months

in my opinion is far too long anyway, but I am talking basically about finances, vetting of the other things, if there is an agency who comes in and applies to use a particular facility, and you are
