In accordance with section 12 (2A) of the Audit Ordinance (Chapter 122) I hereby transmit a
copy of the Report of the Public Accounts Committee (and its Annex) on the Report of the Director of Audit on the accounts of 31 March the Hong Kong Government for the year ended 1986. Section 12(2A) of the Audit Ordinance also requires that the report be laid
laid before the Legislative Council; this was done on 18 February 1987.
