1. First definition of AE and IUR of Wessex and Scout helicopters will be dependent upon an appreciation of the garrison's helicopter support requirements to be provided by CBF Hong Kong. (See Annex Appendix 2).

2. Serial one reduction is subject to achievement of operational capability by 2 HKGAW Dauphin helicopters assigned to assist the garrison's half company IS lift requirement.
