Compensation for industrial and commercial premises will be assess- ed on the same basis as domestic premises. The only difference is that such premises will not normally qualify you for an offer of rehous- ing, unless you satisfy the required eligibility criteria on page 3.
You should study the pages on "Options for Tenants" and "Options for Owners" for further details.
Where the compensation you are paid is based on FMV rather than the rates quoted under "Rates of Payment" on page 7, you will be eligible for the reimbursement of reasonable surveyors' or valuers' fees incurred in assisting you to negotiate with Government.
You may also be eligible for compensation for disturbance such as removal expenses. For information on this, please turn to page 10.
