If you meet the eligibility criteria then you will be offered the choice of-

public rental housing
Or
priority status to purchase an HOS flat with your own money.
Alternatively, you may qualify for an interest-free loan to purchase a private sector flat under the Home Purchase Loan Scheme. Details of this scheme will be announced in due course by the Housing Authority.
You may also be eligible for compensation for disturbance such as removal expenses. For information on this, please turn to page 10.
