Secretary of State's Visit to Thailand
The Secretary of State has considered your submission of 13 March. He is broadly content with this revised draft programme. It is not easy yet to judge how long will be required with Wu for Hong Kong talks in the afternoon. Much will depend on the outcome of Berne next week, but it is prudent to allow a full 90 minutes.
The Secretary of State agrees that you should pursue the possibility of a trilateral dinner with Wu and Siddhi on 21 April, as the best available option. He is glad that there is no commitment beyond an informal supper with HMA on the evening of his arrival (20 April).
