6. Points To Make should be provided in draft (with disks please) indicating where necessary if they are for use in one particular country or for general use on the tour. These will be incorporated in individual briefs for each call the Secretary of State will make.

7. Annexes B and C attached list the Briefs particular to Australia and New Zealand. I should be grateful for 15 copies of Essential Facts (in final form), as attached layout, on white (unnumbered) and Points to Make in draft (with disks please).

8. I should be grateful if Departments would indicate which Points to Make should be highlighted in the checklists for particular calls. Please also include a press line, where appropriate.

9. We aim to get all the briefing to the Secretary of State on Friday 10 April - the following week runs into Easter and is a short week! Please ensure that briefing reaches me by Friday 3 April at the latest.

Copy recipients are invited to submit briefing if there are particular points they wish to raise.

11. OED are asked to provide their standard Estate Brief for each Post as well as the particular brief on the new Chancery at Wellington.
