1. Two or three colleagues raised MFA Vice-Minister Zhou Nan's travel plans for the autumn, at the EC Political Counsellors' meeting on 26 May. It emerged that there were plans for him to visit Greece, Spain, Malta, Norway and Finland, starting in early September.
