Lord Glenarthur has asked me to say how much he enjoyed his visit to the British Trade Commission when he was in Hong Kong earlier this month. He was very grateful to be given such a thorough briefing on British trade with Hong Kong, and was only sorry that he did not have more time to talk to members of your staff.
