Matters for Hong Kong Government alone at this stage. Hong Kong decide that part or all of these redevelopment plans should proceed, know that British companies will be keen to be involved. We would then support their efforts on a commercial basis. But have clearly not reached that stage yet.

Aware that such plans publicised from time to time. Hong Kong are monitoring closely these possible developments in the region: if any come to fruition then plainly better that plans should be compatible as far as possible. Hong Kong already a major aviation centre in the region. Confident this will remain the case regardless of developments elsewhere.
