Please refer to our telephone conversation concerning a Treaty on "Illegal Artistic Treasures".
2. I can find no trace of a Treaty of that title.
The only Treaty that resembles this is:-
THE CONVENTION ON THE MEANS OF PROHIBITING AND PREVENTING THE ILLICIT EXPORT, IMPORT AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF CULTURAL PROPERTY
