Thank you for copying David Melville's letter of 3 July to I took the opportunity of a meeting yesterday of the UK Committee to the International Union for the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources to suggest to the World Wildlife Fund representative that a slightly less aggressive tone might elicit a more helpful response from the Hong Kong authorities on Ramsar sites.
