I have now managed to obtain one copy (only) from HKMAO, MFA. Rather than take it apart and make photocopies of it here, I wonder if I could leave it to you to arrange for copies to be made and distributed: Document Reproduction Centre can prepare stapled, high quality copies of documents in booklet form very quickly. decide to do so, could we please have a copy for our files?
