China's upgrading of textile products (para 17)
DS(ES)2 reported that he was still trying to
establish further information, but he was not
optimistic about the outcome.
Rail freight projections (para 29)
S for T reported that KCRC had been asked to update their figures. These were being studied
by consultants and would be ready by the end of
October. A report would be put to CRC in due
course.
