It had been the practice in the past for me to copy to Anthony Layden the economic reports discussed by the China Relations Committee, which have been produced by the Economic Analysis Division of Economic Services Branch and fed through the China Economic Committee. (See for example my letter of 27 April to Anthony). Welcome to the quarterly routine!
