Kim Ha-joong is Director of North East Asia Division II at the MFA and is responsible for China.
Major-General Shin Woo-sik is Director of the Strategic Planning Bureau in the Ministry of Defence.
The other Korean identified, Rhee Jee-chul, is not known to us. But there is a diplomat of that name who was formerly Korean Consul-General in Kobe (Japan) and is now Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (sic).
