The Council ADVISED and the Acting Governor ORDERED
(a) that a
note should be
prepared for the Council
setting out the difficulties
referred to in paragraph 54
of
the
memorandum
of
bringing
HKNIC under the
Scheme of Control;
(b)
that subject to (a), CLP's
1986 Financing Plan should
in principle be approved; and
(c) that CLP should be asked to
monitor the load factor as
proposed in paragraph 46 of
the memorandum.
