The Council ADVISED and the Acting Governor ORDERED
(a) that the present practice
with regard to the granting
of land at nominal premium
to
aided
secondary
primary and
schools
(paragraphs 4 and 5 of the
memorandum) should continue;
(b) that the existing practice
in
respect
non-profit-making
of
kindergartens and child-care
centres should also continue
(paragraph 6 of
the
memorandum);
